Welcome to Casa Julie - your cozy family vacation apartment with a spacious roof terrace and pool! Our lovingly furnished apartment is located in a private residential complex in Cales de Mallorca, just a few minutes from beautiful beaches, restaurants and shops.
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and is ideal for families or couples looking for comfort and relaxation. There are two cozy bedrooms (bedroom 1: double bed 180x200; bedroom 2: single bed and French bed 140x200) and two bathrooms, one of which is en suite. The open-plan living/dining area with large sofa invites you to relax, while the fully equipped kitchen with separate utility room provides everything you need on vacation.
A special highlight is the 50 m2 roof terrace - perfect for a relaxed breakfast with a view of the sky, cozy barbecue evenings or simply for sunbathing.
In addition to the pool, the well-kept residential complex also offers two jacuzzis for shared use and a private parking space directly on the premises. Casa Julie is equipped with air conditioning for the summer and infrared heaters for cozy warmth in the winter so that you feel comfortable at any time of year.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need to prepare delicious meals: a Nespresso coffee machine, a filter coffee machine, a kettle, a microwave, a toaster, a blender and a hot air fryer. For entertainment, there is a Smart satellite TV with German-language programs.
The service charge for bed linen, towels (incl. beach towels) and final cleaning is €120.00 and must be paid in ******** on arrival. In addition, a tourist tax (Ecotasa) is levied on the Balearic Islands: € 2.20 per night in the high season, € 0.55 in the low season. From the 9th night there is a 50% discount, children under 16 are free of charge. Payment is made in ******** on arrival.

Calas de Mallorca is located in the middle of beautiful bays and natural beaches. There are several nudist beaches nearby: Cala Varques (small bay with a sandy beach), Cala Petita (small bay with a sandy beach), Playa Calo d'en Rafalino (picturesque bay with a sandy beach). The natural beaches of Playa Es Trenc and Playa de Muro are a little further away, but paradisiacally beautiful.
There are plenty of places to go out in the capital Palma: Bar Flexas (popular bar in the middle of the city), La Dama de Ella (rather lesbian cafe on a busy nightlife street), TWINS Chill Out (nice bar with delicious cocktails and tapas), Bar Michel (a bar outside Palma center for locals and guests), Fuctory Palma & Dark Cruising Mallorca (cruising bars).
The city also has a few clubs to offer: The2 Palma (small club with travesty shows), Beyond the 2 (big monthly party just outside the city), Lunita Can Pastilla (occasional parties).

Please avoid loud music, parties or noise, especially between 22:00 and 08:00. Our neighbors appreciate the quiet atmosphere as much as you do. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Smoking is permitted on the balcony or terrace - please use the ashtrays provided. Please treat furniture, equipment and decorations as if they were your own. Please inform us immediately of any damage or defects - this is the only way we can react quickly. Please use the waste separation system according to local regulations (organic, plastic, residual, paper). Please also pay attention to the economical use of water and electricity. The pool is for registered guests only. No jumping or running at the edge of the pool - and please shower after swimming to remove sunscreen residue. Parents are responsible for their children.
