This charming one-bedroom self-contained apartment (60 sq.m) is perfect for a relaxing getaway. The apartment features a spacious living room with a sofa bed, allowing two additional guests to sleep comfortably. The well-equipped kitchen offers everything you need to cook and enjoy meals at home, while the luxurious shower room adds to the convenience of your stay. Enjoy the privacy of your own outdoor dining area, ideal for enjoying meals or simply unwinding in the fresh air. You’ll also have access to the large shared pool and terrace, complete with sun loungers, where you can soak up the sun and relax in a peaceful setting. Clothing is optional in the pool area. The flat also offers secure parking for your peace of mind. We live upstairs with our dogs and three cats, adding a homely, welcoming atmosphere to the property.

Wonderful stay in a charming hillside property in Dénia with stunning sea views. David and Christian gave us a warm welcome, a stylish, well-equipped apartment, and great tips for exploring beaches, coves, and mountains. A poolside aperitif made it even more memorable. Our dog Rosa loved the lush garden with olive, palm, and banana trees. By the end, it felt like staying with friends. Highly recommended!

Beautiful and complete ground floor apartment. The owners live on the upper floor. Tastefully decorated. The owners give you total privacy while taking care of everything you might need. Very pleasant pool with beautiful views, within a well-landscaped and beautifully maintained area. Worth repeating!
