HOUSING POLICIES GENERAL Check-in time is at 15:00 and check-out time is at 12:00. Rates are in Mexican pesos, in Single or Double occupancy per night plus Taxes, the extra person has an additional charge of $ 650 MXN per night and in all stays must be prepaid. Smoking is not allowed inside the Suites. In case of doing so, there will be a $5,000 Pesos penalty charge. Pets are not allowed in the hotel, only upon request with an additional charge of $ 650 MXN per night. Pets must comply 100% with the regulations for small pets. Late check-out is subject to availability and with a charge of $900 Pesos until 5:00 PM, after that time, total rent will be charged. CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS AND EARLY DEPARTURES Reservations may be cancelled without penalty 21 days prior to arrival date and you will be provided with a cancellation number to keep. If cancelled between 20 and 7 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total stay will be charged; and if cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival, the total stay will be charged. If the guest informs upon arrival that he/she will shorten his/her stay, a charge equivalent to one night will be applied. If you wish to extend your reservation, it will be subject to availability and may vary the rate. SECURITY The hotel is not responsible for items not deposited inside the safe ******** box or in common areas. Visitors are only allowed access to the restaurant area from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. All guests and visitors are expected to behave appropriately and cordially. Any damage or missing items in the room will be covered by the guest before leaving the hotel.
