1. The maximum occupancy for this property is 7 guests. This includes adults and children. Please ensure that this limit is respected at all times. 2. No Parties/Events: To maintain a peaceful atmosphere for all guests, parties and events are strictly prohibited. External visitors up to 5 people are welcomed on the premises. More than 5 external visitors is considered a party. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. All parties will be automatically shut down and booking will be terminated. Guests will not receive a refund. In addition the guests will be charged a fee for any unapproved parties and any damages created by guest will be reported and charged. 3. No Smoking Inside: Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Designated outdoor areas such as the front porch, side deck, and driveway are available for smoking. Please use ashtrays and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. Smoking inside will be an extra cleaning fee. 4. Respect the Neighbors: Be considerate of our neighbors' peace and privacy. Keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during late hours. Respect local noise ordinances and regulations. 5. Kitchen Use: Feel free to use the kitchen facilities. Cookware, utensils, and dishes are provided. Please clean up after yourself, including the stove, oven, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and countertops. Dirty dishes should be placed in the dishwasher or washed before check-out. If inside trash bins become full, please place all trash bags in the large trash container outside the home. 6. Check-out Procedures: Check-out time is at 11:00 AM. Kindly ensure that all personal belongings are collected, and the property is left in the same condition as you found it. Any items left after check out will be considered the hosts property. Failure to adhere to check-out time may result in an additional fee. 7. Keypad Entry: Keep the entry code confidential. Do not share it with unauthorized individuals. The code is intended solely for registered guests. Guests are responsible for the security of the entry code during their stay. Do not write the code down or share it with anyone outside the reservation. The entry code will be deactivated at the scheduled check-out time. Guests are required to vacate the property by this time to avoid any inconvenience. Guests are responsible for ensuring that doors are securely closed and locked when leaving the property. This includes the main entrance and any other access points. Any damages to the locks caused by the guest will be for the installment service and full price for the damaged lock. 8. Security Camera: For security purposes, surveillance cameras are installed at the entrance and around the property. It is focused on the exterior and does not compromise guests' privacy. Tampering with or damaging the cameras is strictly prohibited, any damages to the camera/cameras guest will be charged full price for damaged products and installments service. 9. Parking: Please use the designated parking spaces. Do not block driveways or park in restricted areas. Towing fees for unauthorized vehicles will be at the guest's expense. 10.
