The apartment has double exposure: on one side overlooking the gallery and the inner courtyard. On the other with exposure to the naviglio. The apartment is equipped with Air conditioner (with heat pump).
The apartment is within walking distance from Bocconi University /NABA/ IULM and two minutes walk from the new Darsena.
Nearest Metro: Romolo and Porta Genova (Green line)
