You hereby authorize us or the booking platform to charge for any House Rules Violation(s). • Quiet Hours from 10 PM - 8 AM. • No partying or excessive noise. A security charge of $350 per incident will be charged in the event security or the police are required to visit for any reason. • Please do not wear your shoes in our home. • Please turn off the AC when you go out. • We require a guest list for each confirmed booking. All guests need to be present at the time of check-in. No visitors are allowed on the property without prior authorization. • Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere in or on our property (indoors or outdoors). There is a $1,000 fine for smoking anywhere on the property and you will be billed for additional cleanings or necessary use of our ozone machine as deemed by housekeeping. • No illegal substances allowed on the premises. • Check-It time is 10AM. Late check-outs can be requested ahead of time and are only allowed with prior authorization. Late check-outs are only a courtesy extended where possible and are not guaranteed. • Check-In time is 3PM. Early check-ins can be requested ahead of time and are only allowed with prior authorization. Early check-ins are only a courtesy extended where possible and are not guaranteed. • Please note that any effort to tamper with security devices or the safety of our property, other guests, or neighbors (no trespassing please) will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of your ********. • Your furry friends are warmly welcomed! You are required to disclose the accompaniment of your pet, number of pets, breed, size, and training level at the time of booking. Some breed restrictions apply. Please be advised there is a $150 per pet / per stay charge. Pets must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult and may not be allowed on furniture, beds, or left alone at any point throughout your stay. Violation of this rule will result in forfeiture of your ******** and additional cleaning fees may apply. • Minors cannot be left in the unit or leave the unit unattended. This includes common areas and facility amenities. • If you use the parking space, you will assume all liability.
