Please do not open windows or doors while air-conditioning, air conditioner will be leaking or breaking. 9. Please do not throw any items, including toilet paper, tissue etc. in the toilet. Clogged toilet repair is at extra fee. 10. The property is not a hotel. We are not aware if problem occur, please let us know if you need help in working hours 10 a.m- 5 p.m Please check the property within 12 hours after check-in. All the matters occurred after this time is considered as property amortization and it takes time for the technician to come and check (1-3 working days), sorry for any inconveniences. Before check out: • Please leave unit nice and clean. • Empty fridge and cupboards of food. • Turn off all appliances before leaving. • Close all windows and doors. • Please leave the key on the table. • Please pay for the electricity and water usage upon check out.
