Bright and spacious 1970s apartment located within the historic walls of Nicosia’s old town. If you love plants, basketweave wooden floors, and a cozy, homey atmosphere, this is the perfect place for you.

This is my personal home when I’m in town, so you’ll find it has a cozy, lived-in feel with my personal belongings throughout.

Enjoy a large, light-filled living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, and a bathroom with a bathtub. The apartment is on the second floor and accessible only by stairs (no elevator).

You’ll have a large private bedroom with a comfortable 170 cm-wide bed — perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. For remote workers or creatives, there’s a separate, dedicated office space.

There are two A/C units — one in the living room and one in the office space — while the bedroom and chillout room are equipped with ceiling fans.

Located in the heart of Nicosia's historic center, the apartment is within walking distance of the main shopping streets, cafes, bars, restaurants, galleries, museums, just a 10-minute walk from the Ledra Street border crossing point, and a 10-minute walk from Solomou Square, the city's central bus station.

Although right in the heart of the city, the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet — a true retreat in the picturesque old town. Whether you're working, unwinding, or discovering the city, this flat offers comfort, space, and charm in a truly central location.
