Hi!
We are renting out a modern, bright room in our 3.5 room apartment in the lively Kreis 5 district. The room has parquet flooring, lots of natural light and a beautiful urban view. It is furnished with a 160x200cm sofa bed (with proper mattress), a workstation and direct access to the loggia.
You have your own bathroom with shower, WC, washbasin and mirror cabinet. You can also use the washing machine and dryer.
The living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen can of course also be used.
The Toni-Areal streetcar stop is right in front of the house - perfect for getting around the city quickly and easily.
