Tastefully furnished 3.5 room apartment in the north of Zurich, just 15 minutes to the airport by direct tram, about 20 minutes from the city center.

- Living room with 95" TV, PS5/VR/Switch consoles you're welcome to use
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Dining room
- Sonos speakers in every room
- High-speed internet
- Balcony with a BBQ
- Bathroom with shower and bathtub
- Design furniture by L. Mies Van der Rohe, C&R Eames, De Sede, SwissPlus, Fraubrunn, Penta etc.
I am only occasionally hosting people, when I don't have other guests. Preferrably around my age please. Sometimes i need some time to answer :)

There are several parks, rivers and hills close by making it it the ideal spot for little hikes or for runners. There are many grocery stores and a local brewery.
There are several fitness centers and an indoor climbing hall.
The Messe Zürich (congress center) and Hallenstadion (concert hall) are 5 minutes on foot.
