- Street cleaning is on Wednesday mornings from 8:30-11:30AM, please make sure to not park any cars in the street until after 11:30 to avoid getting a ticket.
Smoking Policy Details:
This is a 100% smoke-free home.
- No smokers allowed (even if you do not smoke inside or on the property).
- No smoking, no vaping, and no use of any tobacco or marijuana products inside or anywhere on the property.
- No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
** IMPORTANT ** If after 48hrs after checkout, the smoke fumes cannot be removed, we will have to hire a professional smoke cleaning service to perform a deep clean. If this is necessary, we will requests the extra funds through ******** and we will attach the invoice to the funds request. The guests are responsible for paying the total invoice.
Additional Guest Policy:
- Guests are required to let the host know if they are planning to have guests over (either visiting for the day or staying overnight) and require the Host's approval.
- Additional overnight guests will incur a charge of $100 per night.

- $150 Flat fee for stays 1 week or less, stays longer than that will be an additional $25 per night.
- Breed restrictions: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, and various Mastiff breeds.
- Must be well-behaved, no excessive barking.

Dishwasher:
Please make sure the disposal is empty before turning the dishwasher on. You’ll find the dishwasher tablets under the kitchen sink. The most efficient program to use is the one labeled “Quick Wash”.

The home is located very close to multiple bus stops that take you to downtown SF and its main attractions - for example, the Chase Warriors Center and Oracle Baseball Park, Union Square, the Embarcadero Pier and the Bay Bridge. These bus stops are only a 5min walk away.
