Double bedroom with private bathroom in clean, modern, ground floor flat.

My boyfriend and I live have lived in this three-bedroom apartment for four years.

We have our own private bedroom and bathroom in the basement so you will have your own double bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor (access from shared corridor). The room faces the back of the property so is very quiet at night. Towels provided.

We have a spacious, open-plan living space and kitchen with private garden which you would be welcome to use.

The flat is well connected.

We are a five minute walk from Loughborough Junction station, providing excellent links to Elephant and Castle (4 mins) Blackfriars (9 mins), Farringdon (14 mins) and St Pancras International (18 mins).

Brixton (Victoria Line) and Denmark Hill (Windrush Line) are both just 15 mins by foot.

There are also local buses to Brixton, Clapham, Peckham and London Bridge.

On-street parking is restricted between 12pm and 2pm during weekdays but we can help arrange permits for a small fee.

We really love meeting new people and would be more than happy to share local tips and socialise if around.

London's a great place to visit and this flat is close enough to the centre to explore at an affordable price.
