I live alone in this apartment, which I've completely renovated and fully equipped. A queen-size cabane bed, a fully-equipped kitchen, everything you need for everyday life, even a 10m2 south-facing terrace. It's very close to the 14 and 13 metro stations, giving easy access to many tourist attractions. Line 14 takes you to the Marais in 7 stations. Bus 85 also goes into the center of Paris for those who don't like the metro. Direct from Orly, direct from Montparnasse, Saint-Lazare and Gare de Lyon. There are many good addresses and places to visit in the area, such as the Saint-Ouen flea market and La Communale. In a quiet street, and on the inner courtyard, I hope you'll feel right at home.

The apartment is just 400 meters from the metro, with lines 14 (Mairie de Saint-Ouen) and 13 (Garibaldi) a 5-6 minute walk away. From the apartment, you can easily reach the center of Paris, with Châtelet-Les Halles just 25 minutes away. Paris' main train stations (Saint-Lazare, Montparnasse, Gare de Lyon, Austerlitz) and Orly airport are also directly accessible by metro.

For your gourmet outings, you'll be delighted by the many options nearby: La Communale Saint-Ouen at 550m, the new Bouillon du Coq by Thierry Marx at 600m, La Puce at 280m, Chez Huguette at 300m, Meïda at 450m, and Le Ripailleur at 700m.
