Extra guests (including visitors) will incur a $200/person/day fee. 2. Quiet Hours: Outdoor noise must be kept to a minimum from 10 PM to 7 AM. Respect neighbors—sound carries in the desert. Use outdoor amenities quietly during these hours. 3. No Loud Equipment: Drums, electric guitars, mics, and amps are prohibited. Violations may result in partial/full loss of the ********. 4. Primary Guest: The person who booked must stay overnight unless otherwise agreed. They are responsible for ensuring all guests follow the rules and may be held liable for any damages or violations. 5. Check-in/Check-out: Use of the property is from 3 PM (check-in) to 11 AM (check-out), unless otherwise approved. 6. Pets: No pets without prior written approval. $75 per approved pet. Unauthorized pets incur a $500 fee. 7. Wildlife: This is a desert property—wear proper footwear, be cautious, and use a flashlight at night. 8. Property Care: Treat the home with respect. Return all décor to its original place before leaving. 9. Late Check-out Fees: Unauthorized late check-out of 1+ hour = $200. 2+ hours = full-day base rate + any guest refunds needed due to delays. 10. Septic System: Only flush toilet paper. 11. Off-Roading: No dirt bikes or ATVs unless approved in advance and used off-site. 12. Wildlife Safety: Keep all doors closed to avoid animals entering. 13. RVs/Tents: Not allowed without host approval. 14. Photography: No professional photo shoots without prior written approval. 15.
