The apartment is located on the first floor of a house (you're the only tenant in the house), where you'll appreciate its light-filled living room, perfect for relaxing with family or friends, and its open, fully-equipped kitchen for cooking in complete freedom.

The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower for even greater comfort.

The accommodation comprises 3 bedrooms and 1 landing bedroom: One bedroom (1 x 140cm bed) with an ocean theme. Then two en suite bedrooms (one with a 140cm bed and the other with 2 90cm beds), ideal for families. And a fourth bedroom (2 90cm beds) on the landing.

Outside, a terrace with spa and garden furniture awaits you for moments of relaxation in the heart of a soothing wooded area.
