Guests and visitors must comply with parking regulations and requirements and show consideration for other vehicles in the neighborhood. Please do not bring your vehicle into the garage.
Smoking is not permitted inside. Cigarette butts must be extinguished and disposed of in the garbage can.
No parties or events.
No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum capacity of the property is 8 people. Please consult us for each guest. A fee of €15 will be charged for each additional guest.
Silence after 11 pm
No food or drink in the rooms. Please take your meal in the dining room.
Please dispose of your garbage in the garbage cans provided. Glass containers are available at several points in the village.
Keep a close eye on your children while you're on the veranda, as the windows are very low.
Pets are not allowed.
Be sure to turn off lights, fans and any electronic equipment when you leave the house. Don't forget to close the windows and lock the door. Important: the garage door requires 2 turns of the key to lock properly.
Report any damage and/or breakage within a reasonable time. Damages exceeding the amount of the ******** must be paid by guests and will be reported to ********.
Wash dishes and dispose of trash before leaving the house.
The house must be left clean and tidy, the cleaning charges only relate to the disinfection of the house (5-step disinfection process imposed by ********) as well as the deep cleaning of the house.
If you use the barbecue, please empty it thoroughly (ash out) and clean the grill and utensils properly.
