Riesling - quiet, bright 2-room apartment with balcony

Our Riesling apartment in the Finthen district of Mainz is very quiet and very bright. One of the oldest districts of Mainz with a village character. Smaller stores for daily needs and several supermarkets are within easy reach, even without a car.

The apartment has an open kitchen, a large living/dining room and a separate bedroom. It is located on the 1st floor.

Fast WiFi and plenty of space to work turn the apartment into a business apartment in no time at all, where you can work and think alone or as a couple in peace and quiet if things get busy again in the home office.

Freeway connections to and from all directions offer you excellent connections to the train stations and airports in the area. The final stop of the streetcar is only 100m away and will take you to Mainz city center in no time.

Just a few meters from the apartment are the orchards of the Finther and Gonsenheimer farmers, which are beautiful to look at at any time of year and offer a spectacular view of the Rheingau.

In between are the vineyards of the Ingelheim winegrowers, who cultivate their famous red wine here, as well as various white grape varieties.
