Comfortable bed in a nice and light bedroom in a stylish apartment in Leipzig's most cultural neighbourhood, the West. While the bedroom will be exclusively yours, you are also welcome to use the kitchen and the living room, enjoy the books in different languages (there will probably be something for you!) and the rest of the flat as well. There is a shower, but you are very welcome to relax in the bath tub - looking at the sky!
During your stay, I will sleep in the living room. As my clothes are in the bedroom though, I might need to enter sometimes during your stay. I will only do this in agreement with you.
I am happy to share infos and - if my work load permits - to get to know my guests and spend time with them. The price listed is for one guest. Approach me though if you are two.
There is a bike that you can have for €5,-/day. Otherwise, you are in walking distance to the famous Georg-Schwarz-Strasse and Lindenauer Markt, and there is direct public transportation to the centre within 5' walk.

I expect people to be respectful and to treat the property with care. I am happy to share knowledge, talks and time with you if our schedules allow for that as much as I will respect your privacy. However, mind that this is a private home and not a hotel and I do expect a minimum of civility and friendliness from people who stay at mine. You are my guest, but please mind that no other visitors are allowed unless we have explicitly agreed otherwise. I have surfed many couches and had hundreds of couch surfers at mine. Now, it is a proper bed in a bedroom! Be welcome in Leipzig and enjoy a vibrant city just 1h10' from Berlin. Being a freelancer, I am pretty flexible with arrival and checking out times as long as it seems reasonable.
