Beautiful apartment in the heart of Connewitz

The apartment is located in an alternative and quiet neighborhood, where "street art" is everywhere, close to a large forest with two lakes offering opportunities for bathing in summer (I've tested😊), and with quick access to the city center by tram or even by suburban train (S-Bahn). The premises are 100% consistent with the description and located in an old building with lots of character that has been completely renovated; the room is comfortable and bright. However, for people with light sleep, it does not have shutters: in summer, plan to wear a mask if you do not want to wake up with the sunrise :) Niklas is a fantastic host, present on site and considerate. He is attentive to ensure that the whole stay goes well and has helped me with suggestions for visits or outings. We've had good conversations, over tea and "delikatessen" or a beer on the balcony. I definitely recommend !

The flat is good. The location is perfect. The host is fabulous. I spent 3 days in Niklas' apartment and it was so enjoyable. Niklas really makes you feel at home. I will definitely come back.

My very first Mr. B&B experience - and I'm super happy with my choice. Niklas has a very special and genuine hospitality. From the very beginning I felt very comfortable. The location of the apartment is very pleasant. Plus there's a beautiful park nearby, which Niklas showed me on a nice walk after my arrival. He is very caring, I lacked for nothing. Niklas is a likeable and completely straightforward host. The accommodation is ideally located in a creative, colorful trendy neighborhood with an adjacent wildlife park in the south of Leipzig. The city center is excellently connected by nearby public transport. The apartment is absolutely quiet and guarantees very good sleep thanks to a comfortable bed. Niklas is a pleasant conversationalist. He is polite and discreet and gives you the freedom you need. He ensures that you don't feel like a guest, but like a friend.

Niklas was my first ever MisterBnB experience and I couldn't have hoped for better. As well as being a welcome, generous and relaxed host, he's also an incredibly kind and wise person too. His apartment is quiet and with a beautiful balcony and is in a cool, alternative neighbourhood 15min by tram from downtown. I'd highly recommend staying with Niklas especially if you're a curious newbie like I was! :)

Niklas made me feel very welcome. It's like visiting an old friend. We immediately sat down and talked about life, books, .... He provided me with most useful tips regarding the neighborhood and where to go for a swim on a hot summer day. We talked a lot, he prepared me breakfast, provided me with coffee... It was a lovely experience. The bed is very good, slept amazing. The neighborhood was quite quiet. The bathroom was very clean. Looking forward to stay here again or welcome Niklas at my place.
