Includes en suite bathroom and is conveniently located to all the fun things, including Zona Romantica and ******** property is fairly small consisting of only 8 condos in the building and it is actively managed by the ownership.

Nearby Attractions

La Traviata, Meños, El Barracuda, Pepe's Tacos, and El Andariego are all very nearby restaurants and some of my favorites! There are several great little cafés and convenient stores/bodegas nearby as well. Everything is within walking distance. La Romántica is about a 15-minute walk from the unit, but it is very easy to hail a taxi or call another ride share service. The hustle and party scene of La Zona is partly why I decided not to buy a property over in that neighborhood, but it is easily accessible.
