Private room on first floor with no steps in a house in a quiet residential area surrounded by greenery and trees. Window to patio very bright, with closet, table, heating and air conditioning. Double bed and an extra mattress on the floor in case of 3 people.
Full kitchen, refrigerator, utensils and storage space available.
Patio with plants, chairs, table, laundry and washing machine.
Front garden with plants and chairs to enjoy the outdoors.
The room is spacious with large extendable table, double bed, bedside table, storage space and air conditioning.
Very bright, window to the courtyard with small vegetable garden, access to kitchen and refrigerator for common use and washing machine that only I handle. Shared bathroom.
There is a 13 year old dog in the house.
It is a residential area, variety of birds, dogs and cats flood the neighborhood.
Mosquitoes, bugs, spiders, geckos, etc. are part of life.
It is a 3 bedroom house. In one room live me, a 51 year old woman, and Luly, my mother's dog who was left in my care, along with the house.
There are 2 bathrooms, the one upstairs for the use of the rooms located there and the ********nstairs for common use, except the bathtub/shower is for your exclusive use, living room, front garden, kitchen, laundry room and small back garden. All in a residential neighborhood of low houses and trees.
To work or study remotely is allowed only inside the room during the daytime, not in the common areas.
Having a continuous permanence (24hs) generates a higher consumption of resources like electricity, gas, toilet paper, etc. Therefore, in those cases I apply an additional charge and I do not offer further discounts. If I see that a rational use is made, I can waive the charge.
The published value is designed for people who combine their stay with activities outside the accommodation.
