🍔About my room

Even if U arrive at the apartment in the early morning, I will still pick you up at the door of the apartment! Never mind!

2. Room is city view(Opposite is the window of the hotel room. It is said to be a very expensive hotel,I think it's still Ok.)
3. The windows are soundproofed.
4. Room is on the six floor.
5. Room mattress size is 1.8m×2m.
6. Roomhas two air conditioners, one in the bedroom and one in the living room.
7. Roomhas a balcony. There are two chairs and a table on the balcony.
8.There is a TV in the living room, which is installed on the wall.

9. If you need TM30, please confirm with me before payment. (Very important!!!!!!)

10.Please read the cancellation policy carefully.
11. Room is an electronic password lock.
12. Room is 37 square meters ,a bedroom and a living room, the bedroom and the living room are separate.

🍟13. With regard to water and electricity bills——you don't have to pay for water and electricity .

But Monthly rent of more than 24days(Including 24 days) ,If the electricity bill exceeds 2200/month, I will charge you the excess electricity bill.
As the electricity bill in Thailand is very expensive, please turn off the air conditioner and lights and faucets when you leave the room. if I find that the air conditioners and lights and faucets are not turned off when you leave the room , you will pay for electricity and water during you stay.

🥩14. Clean room——The room will be cleaned before you check in. But cleaning and changing bedding are not available during stay, if you need you pay 900bath/time, thank you. (Turn right at the gate of the apartment and walk for one minute. There is a laundry.)
Guests staying for more than 24days will provide one time free room cleaning and bedding change service.

🌯15. Kitchen utensils——the biggest difference from the hotel is that the apartment has a kitchen and can cook its own food. The kitchen provides refrigerator, microwave, induction oven, toaster, knife, fork, spoon, plate, coffee mug, Hot kettle,please clean after use.(No toaster or dishwasher.)
