This Modern updated 1 Bedroom condo is nicely decorated and furnished. Utilities are included in the rent and also WiFi and cable TV included. The condo Is located on the 2nd floor and is in a quiet location. A clean, comfortable bright and airy unit in a fun condo complex with multiple pools, spas, tennis courts and green belts. Nice mountain views from your private balcony. The dining table seats 4 and the galley style kitchen has everything you need. The living room sofa folds out into a bed to sleep 2 people in addition to the 2 in the bedroom. Plenty of covered parking conveniently nearby. Laundry facilities located in building. Please note that there is a 30 day minimum rental requirement except during the high season months of November through April when there is a 90 day minimum rental period.

*The condo is located on the second floor of a two story building. Although there are no elevators the unit is quite close to the staircase leading to the ground floor, green space and covered parking. *No smoking/vaping is allowed on the premises. *No animals are allowed on the premises.
