Midcentury-modern 3BR gem on a quiet cul-de-sac in Demuth Park. Your private desert oasis: hotel-style pool, spa, firepit, misters, grill, floaties, bikes & mountain views! Huge patio for sunbathing, cocktails, s’mores & stars. Spacious 3BR/3BA (2 en suite), chef’s kitchen, 7 beds, 4 smart TVs. Perfect for families, friends & LGBTQ+ getaways. Downtown is 8-minute drive/uber or 19 min bike, 30 min to Coachella, 50 min to Joshua Tree. Stylish, colorful, comfy—and always joyful! (Capacity is 8: 6 adults, two children.)
If you love to cook, the kitchen is unbelievable! We bought from a lovely family who kept a kosher kitchen. Though it's no longer Kosher, you won't know you've been craving two fridges and two dishwashers until you start using them in rotation or all at the same time! (Two ovens, and three microwaves) The kitchen is a chef's dream with all the cookware and gadgets you might desire.
Each of the expansive bedrooms has its own special character. Bedroom 1 has a little den with couch and smart TV for private Netflix and chill, as well as a jacuzzi tub with jets for romantic nights.
Bedroom two can accommodate three people with bunk beds and a Queen Futon. (Smart TV)
Bedroom Three has its own dining/ work area, as well as a connected room with a trundle bed (Smart TV). Great if you are escaping a snorer.
All three bedrooms have double French doors that open into the spacious back patio with pool and spa creating seamless indoor/outdoor flow.
It's the back patio that is the soul of the home, with multiple areas to sunbathe, read, lounge, and happy hour. The pool is large with lots of fun toys (including pool volleyball) and the spa is deliciously hot with great massaging jets. Majestic mountain views to enjoy while you have sunset dinners. There is a large gas grill (with a direct line to gas supply), and a working sink. Gather by the gas-powered firepit on chilly nights to roast marshmallows and cuddle. The back patio is equipped with misters to keep you cool on those too-hot days.
