Any accidental damage should be reported to us as soon as possible. 🔇 Quiet hours – Out of respect for our neighbors, we ask that noise be kept to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. 🚭 No smoking indoors – Smoking is not allowed inside the house. You are welcome to smoke outside in the designated area. 🚮 Keep it clean – Please tidy up after yourself, especially in shared spaces like the kitchen, living area, and terrace. 👫 Guests of guests – For security and comfort, please let us know in advance if you plan to invite visitors during your stay. 🐾 Pets – [Adapt this depending on your policy: “We love animals, but unfortunately pets are not permitted.” OR “Pets are welcome with prior approval.”] 🛁 Shared facilities – If you are using shared bathrooms or other facilities, please leave them as you found them for the next guest. 📅 Check-in/out – Check-in is from 3pm, and check-out is by 11am.
