Entire, bright 65 m2 house with all services included at no extra charge. Enjoy the Landes region, with its pine forests, lakes, walks and water sports, and the fine sand of the Mimizan beaches 15 minutes away.
The accommodation offers numerous possibilities for sightseeing nearby, services within walking distance such as a grocery store, tennis courts and free pétanque courts 100m away.
All year round, the Gare de l'art, just opposite the property, offers concerts, open-air cinema, exhibitions, singing and poetry classes.
Ground floor: 1 large living room with fully equipped kitchen, large dining table, TV lounge area.
FLOOR: landing, 2 bedrooms and shower room with WC and bathroom (80x120 shower).
OUTSIDE: 20 m2 lighted private courtyard with private entrance, outdoor living room for 4 and electric plancha.
Everything is provided for your stay:
- free baguette of the day, to be picked up at the grocery store 20 meters from your rental property
- cleaning products included (dishwasher, kitchen, floors and linen)
- bathroom welcome kit
- made-up beds
- bathroom linen
- cot and high chair on request
