Our design hideout - This industrial loft has been completely renovated and consists of three levels. From the bedroom/lounge area you can access the private 40 square meter terrace with amazing views of the mountain, the city centre and harbour.
The lower level includes the living area, the kitchen (equipped with microwave, electric and gas stove, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer). The dining area has a big 8 seater table with views of the iconic table mountain range.
The upper gallery level includes the bathroom (shower and toilet) and a dressing room area.
The third level includes a second lounge area with a fire place and the bedroom area with a queen size bed (extra length).
From this level two big sliding doors give you access to the private 40 square meter terrace and deck with amazing views of the mountain, the city centre and harbour.
The building has 24 h security with a friendly team of in-house security guys.
If in town, we're always happy to help. When we are abroad you will be given an alternative contact.
The apartment is located in Upper Woodstock on the border with Salt River, within walking distance of the lively Roodebloem Road. Woodstock has become Cape Town's design hub and a vibrant and trendy neighbourhood with markets and designer boutiques.
Cape Town is busy setting up a reliable bus network and one of the lines passes close by on Roodebloem Rd. Other attractions on the popular Roodebloem Rd include restaurants and pubs to accommodate every taste.
I recommend to rent a car for your stay (free street parking is available. A private garage space in the building can be booked for R 130 per calendar day. Payable upon arrival when collecting the key. Otherwise, Uber is reliable and safe here, and drivers are always nearby.
Due to the industrial design of the loft and the terrace we would not recommend it for families with small children!
Commercial film and photo shoots on special arrangement only.
Cape Town is also ******** and you can feel that in Woodstock too. It can get very stormy any time which can result in wind related noise and limited use of the terrace. Please keep windows closed at all times and make sure nothing is left on the terrace (especially the pillows)
Please be aware that South Africa is subject to Load Shedding, scheduled power cuts. The schedules of these power cuts are beyond our control. We do have batteries in place that keep our wifi running up to 3 hours (depending on use)
For stays longer than 10 nights: Cleaning, once per week or every second week is included in the price and compulsory. Guests must allow access to our cleaner during their stay once confirmed with us.
