I.- REGISTRATION All guests must complete a registration form, which will be provided upon arrival. II.- GUEST CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT Check-in hours are from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out must be no later than 12:00 noon. Late check-outs will incur an additional charge of 50% of the stay's value. III.- STAY The guest is responsible for any obligations, including those of their companions, even in cases of slight negligence. Guests must respect the maximum occupancy limit set for the accommodation. Unregistered individuals are not allowed in the property. IV.- CLEANING Cleaning services are available for an additional fee upon the guest's request. V.- SECURITY MEASURES Guests must store valuables securely. Casa Villa Marta is not responsible for the loss or misplacement of jewelry or valuables left in accommodations. VI.- QUIET HOURS AND RESPECT FOR OTHERS From 10:00 PM, noise levels must be kept to a minimum. Repeated disturbances affecting other guests' rest may result in the guest's eviction. VII.- DAMAGE, MESS, AND LOST KEYS Guests must use furniture and facilities appropriately and maintain their condition. Guests are responsible for any loss or damage caused, even negligently. VIII.- GENERAL PROVISIONS Casa Villa Marta staff have the right to access accommodations as necessary for maintenance or inspection. Staff may inspect accommodations under reasonable and proportional criteria. IX.- ACCIDENTS ON-SITE Guests assume full responsibility for any activities involving risk, including sports or operating vehicles. Casa Villa Marta is not liable for injuries or damages. X.- PARKING Free parking is available, but Casa Villa Marta is not responsible for valuables left in vehicles. XI.- PROHIBITIONS Guests must not disrupt others, misuse electrical or mechanical equipment, or engage in inappropriate behavior. Proper personal conduct is expected. XII.- NON-DISCRIMINATION POLICY Casa Villa Marta opposes all forms of discrimination based on gender, race, religion, or other factors. XIII.- SEXUAL TRAFFICKING AND EXPLOITATION Casa Villa Marta strictly prohibits human trafficking and sexual exploitation, especially involving minors. Any such behavior will be reported to authorities. Also applies to domestic or gender violence. XIV.- ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION Alcohol consumption within the property is at the guest's own risk. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior will result in warnings, and repeat offenses may lead to eviction. XV.- WEAPONS The possession of firearms or sharp weapons is prohibited. Violations will result in immediate termination of the contract and eviction. XVI.- RULES VIOLATIONS Breaching these rules allows the property to terminate the accommodation contract immediately, with payment still required for all reserved days. XVII.- CONTRACT EVIDENCE The signed registration form serves as proof of the agreement to these terms. Guests accept that unpaid amounts stated in the invoice will be enforceable without prior notice. XVIII.- PERSONAL DATA By Law 1581 of 2012, guests authorize Casa Villa Marta to collect, store, manage, or delete their personal data for security purposes. Casa Villa Marta is monitored by CCTV, and entry implies consent for data usage per the privacy policy.
