We can't wait to share our mid-modern inspired casita with you! Enjoy your own private entrance, lovely kitchenette and bathroom. Enjoy access to our lovely back yard, clothing optional pool and hot tub (you'll probably meet us out there!) We live super close to multiple gay bars and amazing local restaurants and we are less that 10 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport! We have security cameras located at the front door and in the back yard near the garage and pool.

Anvil - Cheap and strong drinks, pups and leather NuTowne Saloon - Pool tables, darts, cheap and strong drinks The Rock - Drag shows, strong and cheap drinks Charlies - Drag shows, gogo dancers, country line dancing Sazerac - GREAT drinks, huge patio, mixed crowd - gay friendly Cruisin' 7th - Cheap and strong drinks, gogo dancers on Saturdays Kolbalt - Good drag shows - Upscale drinks
Some of our favorite restaurants: AZ88 - AMAZING martinis and great food - Old Town Scottsdale Hannys - Was a department store in the 40s! Super cool vibe! The Vig - Great outdoor patio, good food and drinks Cibo - Italian - in a cute house with yard setting Vayals Indian Kitchen - My favorite spot for great Indian food! The Henry - Upscale, uptown vibes Postino - Great wine, cheese boards etc.
We also have some great vegan / vegetarian spots right nearby! Coronado Cafe - Easy walk up 12th Street! Darkhall Coffee - next to Coronado Green New American Vegetarian Vayal's Indian Kitchen

Hey hey! We want your time with us to be amazing! Quite hours - between 10 pm and 8 am. You can use the pool and hot-tub at any time, just please stay quiet during the quiet hours. No parties. You are more than welcome to have a friend or two over to swim - any more than that - please check with us first. We will let you know if we are having friends over as well! You can be naked anywhere in the back yard. We will give you a heads up if there is any reason to cover up. No smoking inside. Outside is fine. I can't think of anything else at the moment... but please let us know if you have any questions!

I can't say enough good things about Jon and this property! The space is well designed, comfortable, clean, and well appointed. Access to the pool, hot tub and yard is a huge bonus. The best part of the stay was Jon and Ben. They were incredible hosts. Excellent communication and access instructions, and wonderful local recommendations. I enjoyed spending time with them, meeting their friends and getting an introduction to Pheonix. I only wish my stay had been longer. I would absolutely stay again. Don't hesitate to book this property!

Jon and Ben have a beautiful space. The Casita is beautiful and has everything you could ever imagine it. You just need to bring yourself. Their pool area is equally as beautiful and very relaxing. Jon and Ben themselves are extremely gracious hosts and made me feel very welcome. Definitely stay here if you get a chance you're in Phoenix. I know I will book it again when Im back in town. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
