We can't wait to share our mid-modern inspired guest house with you! Enjoy your own private entrance, lovely kitchen and bathroom. Laundry? No problem! You'll have your own full-size was there and dryer! Enjoy access to our lovely back yard, clothing optional pool and hot tub (you'll probably meet us out there!) We live super close to multiple gay bars and amazing local restaurants and we are less that 10 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport!
We have security cameras located at the front door and in the back yard near the garage and pool.
We can't wait to share our mid-modern inspired guest house with you! Enjoy your own private entrance, lovely kitchen and bathroom. Laundry? No problem! Quite hours - between 10 pm and 8 am.
You can use the pool and hot-tub at any time, just please stay quiet during the quiet hours.
No parties.
You are more than welcome to have a friend or two over to swim - any more than that - please check with us first.
We will let you know if we are having friends over as well!
You can be naked anywhere in the back yard. We will give you a heads up if there is any reason to cover up.
No smoking inside. Outside is fine.
I can't think of anything else at the moment... but please let us know if you have any questions!
