Its location allows you to see the city on foot and take a break near the apartment in the evening when you are a little tired, in a very quiet building. It has several gayfriendly locals very close to the square where the apartment is located, such as the Baron Rampante, the animated Forest, the Holiday nightclub, Itaca or Pride among others.
It is an apartment with a separate bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a large shower and a living room with integrated kitchen which includes: washing machine, microwave, oven, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, mejane of. ocina, etc.. The wifi is fast, 300 mg and is very bright and quiet as it is a residential community of neighbors. It is on a second floor with elevator and is at the foot of the Alameda square. However it is very quiet and no outside noise is heard. All rooms have windows.
