Beautiful house located in the Westside area of ATL - copy 01

The goal for me and my partner is to provide a clean and comfortable place to make it feel like the extension of your home. We expect that our guests take care of our home as if it was theirs, and with that being said, we expect that the bedroom rented would be left in the same condition as when it was on the first day, it was rented. We are also dog lovers, and we have 3 very friendly dogs, two Siberian Huskies and 1 Yorkshire Terrier, therefore our guests must also be dog lovers and we expect our guests to be friendly to our dogs. If anything in the home gets broken accidentally, we would love for our guest to report it immediately to us. We also have a number of guest policy. We require that the number of guests that will be staying in that room being rented to be given correctly, when reserving the reserving the room. I allow two people per bed only. Also people whose name are not on the reservation are not allowed in the house without prior authorization from us, and we do this to protect other guests’ privacy and our own. Especially because this is a clothing optional stay. Also guests whose name are not provided on the reservation are not allowed to stay overnight, and the person(s) whose name is/are on the reservation will be held responsible for that persons behavior while they are in the house visiting.
