⬇Welcome to your stay in Brunswick! The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building right on Sydney Road—one of Melbourne’s most vibrant and culturally rich strips.
You'll be just a 2-min walk from Tram 19, 6-min from Tram 6, and a 7-min walk to Anstey Train Station, making it super easy to explore the city.
Your private room features a comfortable queen-sized bed. You'll have access to a cozy living area with a lounge, dining space, and TV for winding down. The bathroom is shared.
I work weekday from 8am to 5pm, and study part-time but will be around outside those hours. I live an active lifestyle and can usually be found at the gym just across the road or out for a run.
Clothing optional is available; I tend you set the tone depending on how comfortable you feel (applies within the apartment only). I’m pretty chilled, up for a chat, respectfully of your privacy and space.
Feel free to use the kitchen including a gas stove, microwave, oven, kettle, fridge, dishwasher. Tea and coffee (instant, sorry) available for you. A washer with inbuilt dryer is also available for your convenience.
There’s a Woolworths supermarket and a BWS bottle shop right downstairs, making it easy to shop.
