Insects: Please make sure to shut all windows and balcony door to prevent insects from coming in since its very humid out, and insects are abundant near to the coast. Supplies & Inventory: We provide essential supplies such as towels, detergent, soap, coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, and other basics in proportion to the length of stay and the number of guests. If you require additional supplies beyond what is provided, it will be at your own expense. Smoking: Absolutely no smoking inside the property. Please use designated outdoor areas. Kids & Pets: We love kids & pets! Please inform us in advance if you're bringing a furry friend or kids. We provide high chairs, a crib, kid friendly utensils, pet food bowls, toys and a cage. A pet fee of $150 may apply. Quiet Hours: Respect our neighbors. Quiet hours are from 11pm to 8am. Parties/Events: No parties or events without prior approval. Violation may result in immediate eviction. Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests is 6 (upon request), annd it may incur extra charges. Damages: Guests are responsible for any damages to the property. Report any issues immediately. Amenities: Please use amenities (kitchen appliances, A/C, etc.) responsibly. Turn off lights and appliances when not in use. Cleanliness: Leave the property in the same condition as you found it. Excessive cleaning may result in an additional fee. Trash: Dispose of trash in the designated bins. Trash collection days are Monday and Thursday. Please leave the trash outside the nights before. Wi-Fi and Electronics: Use electronics responsibly. Safety and Security: Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. Report any security concerns promptly. Compliance: Guests must comply with all local laws and regulations.
