I’ve been a guest at MB&Bs across the globe and I am thrilled to be able to be a host now. I enjoy meeting new people.
As for rules and requests, please do not invite visitors to my place without talking to me first. If you have a friend in the area who wants to come hang out, I probably will be chill about it so long as we’ve communicated.
I don’t work from home so know that you may be on your own for large chunks of the day. I also tend to have several social events in the evening. However, whenever I am home I am happy to hang out, take you to local restaurants, and recommend places to visit in the vicinity. There’s even a Korean Sauna (where same gender nudity is required) only about 20-25 min away by car if you’re into that.
Speaking of nudity, my place is clothing-optional - but understand the goal isn’t specifically to create sexual tension. I experience nudity more as male bonding and being body positive as opposed to being always sexual. If you choose to he naked, I may or may not join you in being naked depending on the vibe. We will go with the flow organically. Let me know if nudity is uncomfortable for you because I tend to sleep naked and may get up for a glass of water in the night. Your comfort as my guest is a priority. If you do choose to lounge around the common area naked, please sit on a towel. Lastly, there is an office building directly in front of the large windows, so please put the window shades down before strutting through the apartment. :)
