Enjoy a peaceful stay in this charming courtyard apartment located in vibrant Moabit. The spacious living area with open-plan kitchen is filled with natural light and features a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for cooking at home. A separate bedroom and a modern bathroom with shower make it ideal for relaxing after a busy day exploring the city.
The River Spree is just a few minutes’ walk away, and the beautiful Tiergarten park can be reached in only 15 minutes on foot. A bus stop right in front of the building takes you directly to Nollendorfplatz in 15 minutes, giving you easy access to the rest of Berlin.
Perfectly positioned between tranquil green spaces and lively city streets, the apartment offers the best of both worlds. The immediate neighborhood is buzzing and very central, giving you the choice to explore Moabit’s vibrant high street or enjoy the quieter, greener surroundings near Tiergarten.
I’m also happy to support long-term stays and offer a significant discount for bookings of more than 91 nights (three months).
If you stay this long, you can register at the address – in fact, you are legally required to in Germany – and I will add your name to the doorbell and mailbox to make things official.
