Bathroom
• Shared bathroom — please leave it tidy after use.
• The spare tray (left-hand side) on the shelf is yours to use for toiletries.
• Fresh towels are provided; extra towels are in the chest of drawers inside your cupboard.
Kitchen & Terrace
• Kitchen is for light use only (coffee, tea, quick meals).
• Feel free to use the terrace/coffee bar at any time.
Cooper
• Cooper, my show cocker spaniel, lives here too. He’s friendly (sometimes excitable when meeting new people)
• Please keep your bedroom door closed so he doesn’t wander in. Of course, if you want company, please feel free to leave it open so he can say hi.
Noise & Privacy
• Quiet hours from 11 pm to 7am.
• You set the tone; I’m happy to chat or give you space.
Visitors
• The room is booked for guests only. So, no extra visitors or parties please.
Smoking
• Not allowed inside the flat - feel free to use the terrace.
