The room overlooks a courtyard and is very quiet. A 10-minute walk from the Cornavin train station, 10 minutes from the UN building, and not far from downtown and the lake. Public transportation is nearby. In-room TV with more than 190 national and international channels. Free wifi. I speak French, German and English.
The room is very well equipped, the bed is single (90/200cm). With its 15 square meters it is a large room. The door can be locked with a key, as can the large desk and closet.

I had a great stay with Markus! I had a long-term stay (little less than a month). The apartment is especially convenient to Nations and many of the international orgs, and the apartment has great WiFi, a desk, and the room is spacious. Markus was a great host and went above and beyond for little things like laundry, changing towels and sheets, etc, and he is very friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to those visiting Geneva for short or long term stays

Outstanding location, a 5-7 minute walk from the train station, and walking distance to both downtown and the United Nations and Botanical Garden (with numerous restaurants and supermarkets also within a few blocks). Cozy apartment with a large, private bedroom with an incredibly comfortable bed and desk /work station as well as great water pressure and hot water for showers in the bathroom. Markus was a kind, friendly host who goes out of his way to ensure his guests' comfort and engagement and makes sure that their stay is enjoyable.

Markus is definitely an exceptional host, very welcoming and kind, always smiling and available to help with whatever you need. There was always very fluid communication before and during the stay. Even though I arrived late at night, Markus went to meet me at the train station because I was worried about my arrival time. The room is very spacious and clean with all the amenities. The apartment is strategically located, which makes access to everywhere in Geneva very easy from there. We shared good conversations, good wine and went out for dinner. Special mention to the tour he gave me through the center of Geneva. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to stay at Markus's place again
