Spacious, bright neo-Bretonne house located in the heart of nature in a quiet hamlet in the Pays du Roi du Roi Morvan, close to Le Faouet faouet, surrounded by pastures, wooded wooded plots and wetlands. wetlands.
Ground floor: Fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, ...) living room (hd tv 32 inches connected internet) with fireplace and French overlooking the countryside. South-facing. Dining room open to kitchen. Ground-floor bedroom with countryside, double bed 160x200 and large bathroom with bathtub opposite room.
First floor: Three bedrooms: two with double beds 160x200 and one with two 90x190 beds. Bathroom with with shower and toilet
Basement: laundry room with sink, additional fridge-freezer, microwave oven, tumble dryer and clothesline.
Garden: in front of the house, south-facing with garden table and chairs chairs (8 people), parasol, BBQ and deckchairs.
The entire house is for the use tenants
A garden surrounds the house and our woods and moors are accessible for walking and and hiking.
A visit to the sheepfold is possible as well as a walk with the goats depending on the grazing area and our availability.
