This new home is bright and open with high ceilings and stunning decor. It has 2 Primary Bedrooms on 2 different floors for maximum privacy. It has a well equipped kitchen and beautiful dining room. Its is close to downtown and an easy Uber to the main gay district - although this is Palm Springs so the entire city is gay friendly. We have many gay neighbors and we are welcoming of everyone.

Music: No outside amplified music is allowed 24/7; music must be contained within the property.
Occupancy & Parking: Maximum of 4 guests and 2 cars. Cars to be parked in the garage or on the driveway. No curb parking.
Trash Collection: No trash can be visible from the street. We have walk out trash service.
Code of Conduct: Guests must observe quiet hours and keep conversations indoors after 10:00 PM.
