Cozy cottage 6 minutes from downtown Louisville

Bottom floor of charming cottage duplex all to yourself. Large fenced-in back yard. Security cameras around house, none in private areas. Pet friendly. Quiet, old neighborhood at the end of a dead-end street. It's very quiet despite being next to the offramp of a low-frequency highway due to the high wall and infrequent amount of traffic on that exit. Wi-fi is available, along with a Keurig, a Nespresso, and a coffee machine, along with an assortment of coffee. The sunroom is perfect for reading, writing, or working. A washer, dryer, and detergent is available. If you are coming in from out of town, I can bring you to the house from the airport if I am available at the time. My best friend lives upstairs, but the bottom floor is completely locked and separated from the upstairs. There is a front entry door just for you, and a back entry door just for you to the large back yard and patio. There is a golden retriever (and long-haired chihuahua sometimes) upstairs, so liking dogs is a plus. Your dog is welcome too! :)
