Just 1 block away you have the Abasto Shopping Mall with it's beautiful architecture and an entire floor as an amusement park for kids!

The space
Apartment on the 2nd floor with 2 balconies at the street side
The spacious living-dinning area, gives you sufficient space to move and relax.
A big group will feel more than comfortable in this place, without having the feeling you are crossing each other's way.

If you feel like taking a nap, the corridor at the side of the living room will take you to the 2 separate bedrooms where you can enjoy some privacy.
Next to it you will find the main bathroom, where you can pumper yourself with a bubble bath, away from the noise, perfect to recharge your battery.
The kitchen has all the facilities to cook your favorite dish or try some Argentinean ones.
There's only 1 apartment at the front of the building, you can be sure, there's no neighbors knocking on your door.
Having said that, please take into
consideration that this is a family building and we always ask our guests to be extremely considerate of our neighbors.

Guest access
The guests will have access to the entire apartment.

Some points I would like to share with you:
Inside the apartment is not allowed to smoke.
However, there are 2 balconies, where you can take an ashtray from the kitchen and do it there.
No parties or events allowed

Check in time is after 15:00
Check out time is at 10:00
There's a cleaning fee, BUT there is no reason to:
Leave all dishes around the house. Please leave them in the sink.
Leave the apartment in a decent way, how you found it. It should be tidy.
Special attention to towels! Do not use for cleaning the floor, or to remove makeup from your face, or leave them lying on the ground when you leave.
Ideally, leave them stretched in the bathroom, where you found them.
The air conditioning / heating should be turned off every time you leave the apartment and specially when you leave the apartment permanently.

Guests have the flexibility to move as their please, but don't forget this is NOT a Hotel.
This means thats most residents work and/or study, so they have normal hours. So weekdays, please be considerate of any noise of any kind after 10 pm.
Specially, when you go out at night or to come early in the morning, please, keep silent in public areas of the building (elevator, stairs, corridors, lobby).
If you don't follow these rules, a penalty will be charged from the ********.
