This is a quiet, residential neighborhood. You can walk 5-10 minutes for restaurants, bars, cafes, and the beach. Many things are walking distance, though you can certainly bring a car if you'd like to explore nearby towns like Madeira Beach or St. Pete Beach! The towels provided are intended for approximately the first 3 days of your stay. If you need to refresh them, you’re welcome to use the in-unit washer and dryer, or the laundry facilities available on the property (please note that laundry fees may apply). For stays of 5 nights or longer, you may request replacement towels, and we’ll do our best to provide them based on availability.

✓ ITEMS LEFT BEHIND. If a guest leaves personal items behind and requests their return, they are responsible for a $25 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to left items once the guest has departed.
