The separated lower level houses a small detached private studio which is also rented and houses a resident caretaker.
This is a residential oceanfront neighborhood excellent for walking with multiple parks.
A rental vehicle is best for getting around. Rideshare is mostly limited to downtown Hilo and Kona.
