This beautiful apartment, is located in Avenida Rivadavia, just one block away from Callao. Next to the magnificent Congress Palace, and it's square. The area is centric, walking distance to the Theater district, Barrio Norte, Recoleta, San Telmo, and Avenida de Mayo. Full of restaurants, bars, and main subways. Estamos en una excelente zona de Buenos Aires, donde se encuentran museos, bares, shops y de los mejores restaurantes de la ciudad. The building is a landmark of Buenos Aires, designed by world famous Mario Palanti. The apartment has a large living room, two bedrooms, full kitchen, a graceful private balcony, and amazing day light! Internet, Air conditioner. Great lighting and quiet. Balvanera is located to the west of downtown Buenos Aires (el centro, which comprises San Nicolás and Montserrat). The elegant northern neighbourhood of Recoleta (part of the area ******** located north of Balvanera, crossing Córdoba avenue. Check ins out of business hours:

(This fee also applies to Sundays and holidays all day)
For longer periods of over a month, electricity is charged on check out separately depending on consumption.
Also when rentals are longer than one month, repairs that are to be done due to the use during the stay, are payed bay tenants.
