No exceptions. • Registered Guests Only: Only the guests listed on the reservation are permitted on-site. Unregistered visitors are not allowed. • Maximum Occupancy: 3 adults. ⸻ 🚫 Prohibited Activities • No Parties or Events: This space is curated for couples, not for large gatherings. • No Smoking or Vaping Indoors: Smoking is permitted outside only. A $200 fee applies for violations. • No Pets: We love animals, but pets are not permitted at this property. ⸻ 🛏 Care & Cleanliness • Please respect the space. Use towels, linens, and specialty furniture responsibly. • Excessive mess (food spills, glitter, confetti, makeup stains, etc.) will result in an additional $200 cleaning fee. • Furniture must remain in its original position. ⸻ 🔒 Safety & Security • For your privacy, there are no indoor cameras ever. • Exterior cameras include: • 1 doorbell camera (entry only). • 3 Outside Perimenter camera. • Tampering with or disabling security or WiFi devices is strictly prohibited and may result in cancellation without refund. • No weapons, drugs, or illegal activity permitted on the property. ⸻ 💧 Amenities & Specialty Furniture • Specialty furniture (St. Andrew’s Cross, queening chair, spanking bench, dance pole, etc.) is provided for consensual adult use only. • Guests assume all risks when using amenities, including the jetted spa tub and furniture. • Please use responsibly and with care. ⸻ 📦 Deliveries & Access • Mail and packages are not accepted. Any deliveries will be refused or returned. • Maintenance staff may access the property in case of urgent repairs. ⸻ 💵 Fees & Penalties • Smoking inside: $200 fee. • Unregistered guests or parties: $200 fee and possible cancellation. • Damage to property or specialty furniture: Replacement/repair cost charged to guest. ⸻ 🛑 Liability Waiver By booking, you acknowledge that you are booking a private, adults-only fantasy retreat. You and your guest(s) assume all risks associated with the use of the property, furniture, and amenities.
