Kindly note that the unit is a strictly no smoking/vaping zone. If you’ll be bringing a car or motorcycle, please share your plate number with us so we can notify the guards. Motorcycle parking is free at the moment. Car parking is available for ₱150 per day (Not included in the unit's rental fee. The Regular's owner does not own the parking space. Free for long stays). A lockbox is attached to the main door knob. It contains the keys for the main door and bathroom. We’ll send you a short video guide on how to open the lockbox and main door.
