My room has a wardrobe, chair, chest of drawers, double bed, hybrid mattress with luxury bedding. Great sound insulation. I’ve recently moved into this new house so it is a bit of a blank canvas. Bathroom with shower and bath, shared with me. Kitchen with bean to cup coffee machine. Charming village with a shop (8am - 2pm) and pub. Richmond town centre is 5.5 miles away. Middleton Lodge Estate is a short walk away.

I had a wonderful stay with Matt. The space is exactly as described and pictured - immaculately tidy and clean. Matt was a wonderful host and extremely generous with his time, showing me around Richmond. Would highly recommend !

Great host, lovely accommodation and off road parking for my motorbike. Matthew was a pleasure to meet and we had some interesting conversations. Excellent stopping off point for my Scottish trip and hope I can stay another time. Very nice to meet you, Matthew.

Matt was a great host, allowing me to treat his place like home. The whole house was pristine, the bed super comfortable and communication throughout was spot on. It's very handily located for north-south travellers making for a relaxing stopover.

Matthew has the most beautiful, spotlessly clean, tastefully furnished home in an idyllic village. The check-in arrangements worked perfectly, I enjoyed an excellent meal at the Shoulder of Mutton, just a few minutes walk away, and then slept better than when I'm at home in the supremely comfortable brand new bed. Met Matthew next morning and he is warm, friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble and we parted as friends. Very highly recommended indeed.

Matthew has a beautiful home in a tranquil village, yet it's only a mile from a major junction on the A1. We loved the comfortable guest bedroom, and the opportunity to be naked during our stay. Matthew was friendly, attentive and accommodating. A perfect way to break our journey
