It's where I live myself, so you'll also enjoy the atmosphere of a cosy, 'lively' apartment, different from a cold one dedicated solely to rental.
Medium-term furnished rental (minimum 91 nights, maximum 6 months) in the 1st half of the year 202Y (a little before, a little after possible) - in compliance with the Brussels Housing Code.
The apartment:
- Upscale duplex, fully furnished, all utilities included (water, gas, electricity, WiFi)
- 1 bedroom (king-size bed)
- 1 bathroom (shower), 2 toilets
- Fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, utensils, etc.)
- Living room with large windows and direct access to balcony
- Washing machine/dryer
- High-speed Wi-Fi
- Top floor (with elevator and 1 top staircase)
- Bright, quiet and fully furnished.

- Ideal for professionals/interns on assignment, expats or individuals/couples moving to Brussels.
- Quiet residential neighborhood, well served by public transport and the European Quarter.
