

Located in the heart of Brussels, 1 minute's walk from the Grand-Place and the Bourse, close to shops, bars and restaurants, the apartment is bright and quiet, and has a private 60m2 roof terrace with an incredible panoramic view of all the monuments of Brussels and numerous plants. The apartment has a large bedroom with a king-size double bed. The living room has a queen-size sofa bed. The bathroom includes a toilet and a walk-in shower with a view of the sky. The apartment has plenty of storage space, including two separate dressing rooms. Although in the city center, the apartment is very well insulated from noise. The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, teapot, toaster, kitchen utensils). Amenities include wifi, a pellet stove in the living room, two fans, a baby chair, a TV with Apple TV and Netflix, shoe storage in the hallway, hangers in the dressing rooms, travel guides, a hairdryer, sheets and towels, and a console that can be used as a desk.

The apartment is close to Rue du marché aux charbons, Brussels' LGBT+ street, with many LGBT bars and restaurants and a gay sauna.
The apartment is equipped with an armored door. Whenever you leave the apartment, make sure you haven't left the key inside. For everyone's safety, every time you leave the building, lock the wooden door with the key and close the gate. When re-entering the building, close the gate and lock the wooden door by manually turning the latch. The elevator is temporarily out of service. For your own safety, do not attempt to open the elevator doors. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. An additional fee will be charged for any breach of this rule. Inviting other people is not permitted. Parties, including on the terrace, are not permitted. Please respect the peace and quiet of your neighbors by keeping quiet in the common areas of the building. Use the shoe cupboards on the left of the stairs on the way up. If it rains, please do not leave your shoes wet on the sisal floor. The TV is connected to the Internet via Apple TV, which gives access to Netflix. Using the big black remote control, make sure the Apple TV is connected to the HDMI1 channel (press OK on the TV remote control). Sorting your garbage is compulsory in Brussels. You'll find instructions under the kitchen sink where the garbage can and garbage can liners are located. Rinse the glass and place it under the sink. Departure instructions: turn off the lights (including on the terrace), close the windows and the terrace door, collect the dirty towels under the bathroom sink, make sure your garbage is sorted (no garbage on the terrace), place the sofa cushions on the terrace inside the apartment at the top of the stairs, raise the curtain in the living room, lock the apartment door and leave the keys in the key box when you leave.
