Guests of all genders and orientations are welcome — just be your authentic selves. Check-in & Check-out Check-in: after 3 PM (flexible if arranged in advance) Check-out: before 11 AM Early check-in or late check-out available on request if the schedule allows. Gatherings & Noise Small get-togethers and social evenings are welcome, but **no loud parties after 9 PM to respect our neighbors. Please use the outdoor areas responsibly (pool, terrace, garden). For special events (birthdays, pool parties, etc.), please let us know in advance — we love helping you plan the Care for the Space No smoking inside — only in designated outdoor areas. Please rinse off sand before entering the apartment or pool. Use coasters and placemats to help keep furniture in great shape. If something breaks, just let us know — honesty is always appreciated. Sustainability Please turn off lights and A/C when leaving rooms. Towels are replaced upon request to reduce water waste. Refundable ******** A refundable ******** of THB 5,000 / USD 200 is required at check-in. it will be fully refunded within check-out, once the property has been inspected and no damage or excessive cleaning is required. We never charge for normal wear and tear — we simply ask guests to treat the space as they would their own home. Our Promise We want you to feel completely comfortable and safe here.
